Meet the SerpHelper Team | SEO Specialists
THE PEOPLE BEHIND SERPHELPER

Meet the people
working on your SEO.

SerpHelper is built around hands-on SEO, direct communication and people who actually know your project. We’re not a sales layer sitting between you and the people doing the work.

✓ Hands-on SEO ✓ Direct communication ✓ Strategy + execution ✓ Human-led
SMALL TEAM · DEEP INVOLVEMENT

Two people. Different strengths.
One shared standard.

Both of us work directly across SEO strategy, research, implementation, reporting and client communication.

Where we differ is in the areas we’ve spent the most time in. That overlap gives every project two perspectives without turning your campaign into an agency game of telephone.

Keston from SerpHelper
Keston Founder · SEO Strategy & Execution
Usually somewhere in Search Console
01 / KESTON

Competitive SEO, commercially minded.

Keston founded SerpHelper after years of working hands-on in competitive online markets where organic rankings have a very direct relationship with revenue.

His strongest experience sits around complicated sites, difficult SERPs, commercial SEO, technical structure and markets where simply publishing more content isn’t enough.

He’s particularly interested in figuring out why a competitor is winning, where authority is actually flowing through a website, and which bottleneck needs fixing before more money or effort is thrown at the campaign.

Strongest areas
Competitive SEO Technical SEO Site architecture Ecommerce Gaming SEO iGaming Competitor analysis Commercial strategy
Usually gets especially interested when…
01

The SERPs are genuinely competitive. Big competitors, expensive keywords and little room for mediocre execution.

02

The website has become complicated. Large catalogs, messy architecture, cannibalization or technical problems.

03

Traffic needs to make money. Rankings are useful. Rankings that produce customers are considerably more interesting.

TEAM OBSERVATION

Give Keston a competitor URL and there’s a reasonable chance you’ll receive a complete strategic breakdown before you remember why you sent it.

SEO specialist at SerpHelper
Tasya SEO Strategy · Content & Growth
Probably checking search intent
02 / Tasya

Search intent, content & growth.

Tasya works hands-on across SerpHelper campaigns from research and strategy through to implementation, optimization and client reporting.

Her strongest areas sit around understanding what searchers actually want, turning that intent into pages that deserve to rank, and making sure traffic has somewhere useful to go once it arrives.

She’s particularly strong where SEO crosses into content, user experience and conversion — whether that’s a local service business trying to generate more enquiries or an established site with plenty of traffic but obvious room to perform better.

Strongest areas
Content strategy Search intent On-page SEO Local SEO Service businesses Landing pages Content optimization Conversion UX
Usually gets especially interested when…
01

The business deserves more visibility. Good service, weak search presence and plenty of opportunity sitting on the table.

02

The content isn’t doing its job. Pages exist, but intent, positioning or conversion isn’t quite right.

03

There’s traffic but not enough action. Turning existing visibility into enquiries, bookings, signups or sales.

TEAM OBSERVATION

Has a suspiciously reliable ability to find the one page everyone has been overlooking — and then explain exactly why it’s the one worth fixing.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

You don’t get assigned
to one side of SerpHelper.

Different strengths don’t mean different service levels. Both of us can work across your campaign — and often do.

01

Shared context

We keep context around the project rather than locking knowledge inside one person’s inbox.

02

Different perspectives

Technical, commercial, content and UX decisions can be challenged before they’re implemented.

03

Direct communication

The people discussing your strategy are also involved in doing the work.

04

One objective

Rankings matter, but the end goal is useful organic growth for the actual business.

NO SILOS

What we both
actually work on.

Specialisms describe where our experience is strongest — not what either of us is allowed to touch.

ONE THING WE DEFINITELY AGREE ON

SEO should make sense to the person paying for it.

You should know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, what changed, and what we’re working on next.

There may occasionally be disagreement over exactly which route gets us there. That’s useful. Good ideas should survive being challenged before they reach your website.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

Less agency theatre.
More actual collaboration.

You know who you’re talking to

No mystery team behind the account. You’ll know the people discussing and working on your SEO.

You can ask questions directly

WhatsApp-first communication means questions don’t need to become meetings just to get an answer.

Your strategy can change

If the data says priorities have changed, we change with it rather than blindly following a six-month template.
